- 4988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (24/7, interpreter available).
- 5Then: your agency on-call line and the client's case manager as the situation requires.
When you call 911 from a client's home, state the address first — you may not know it by heart, so find where it is posted during your first visit.
Call 911 immediately if
Client is unconscious, not breathing normally, bleeding heavily, or you suspect a head, neck, or spine injury.
