1. 1911 — not breathing, unresponsive, chest pain, stroke signs, severe bleeding, serious fall.
2. 2EndHarm 1-866-363-4276 — suspected abuse, neglect, abandonment, or financial exploitation.
3. 3Poison Center 1-800-222-1222 — wrong medication, double dose, swallowed chemicals.
4. 4988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (24/7, interpreter available).
5. 5Then: your agency on-call line and the client's case manager as the situation requires.

When you call 911 from a client's home, state the address first — you may not know it by heart, so find where it is posted during your first visit.
